Ceramic sculptures created during workshops I have been leading in Vienna. Participants were invited to shape and translate their personal or formative memories into ceramic objects – drawing from memories of youth, home, origin, and belonging.
The project aimed at an extended exchange of experiences through individual as well as collective reflection. The project emphasises transgenerational sharing and the processing of memories through making, as well as capturing these as physical snapshots.
This is part of an ongoing exploration of memory through ceramic practice.
